A Note From Father Rob

The Good News this week is the church offices have officially been moved to the white house next to the gravel lot at the end of our church property. Along with a new office comes a new office address: 331 South Central Avenue (more on that later). I say “officially” because the phones and internet have been relocated and where the phones and internet are, Jennifer and I must follow!

Fortunately, we have also relocated desks, chairs, computers and our copier, so the business of the Church office goes on; however, as anyone who has moved after being in the same location for 14 years knows, there is a whole lot more to get situated between the old and new offices than just phones and internet.

Along with our new location comes a different parking lot; we are now using the gravel ‘overload parking’ lot at the north end of the property. So, if you don’t see Jennifer’s car in her usual parking space, remember, she’s up the road a little way, parked behind the hedges.

One more thing, though the post office will bring our mail next door for a while, if you regularly send mail to the office, please update our address to 331 South Central Avenue, Alexander City AL 35010. Our new location is going to take a little getting used to, but moving out of the old building was long overdue. It’s hard to change, but I expect we will get used to our new location over time … God willing!
